PRODUCER PROFILE

Pedro Olivares is based in Murcia and has dedicated his project to exploring the wealth of old vines in this region. Their vines are all found at high altitude sites, with one site being the highest in Europe at a dizzy 1700 metres. Pedro writes: “This can only be achieved through dedication and effort. On each foot of land, we lay our heart and soul, whilst at the same time without renouncing the standards that characterize our work, an exceptionally personal viewpoint that is founded on the principles of biodynamic agriculture.”
