A wild ale with raspberries and second use blackberries.
Drupelet is a blend of two barrels filled in August and December 2021. Fermented with Kviek yeast, Saison yeast, lactobacillus and brettanomyces before ageing for just under three months on second use blackberries and fresh raspberries.
Fantastically juicy, with bass beats of funky blackberry and bright, zippy raspberry hitting the high notes. Vanilla, lemon peel and tannic fullness give way to cigar skin funk from the brett, a light bitterness and lingering autumnal jammy fruits.
