PRODUCER PROFILE

Olivier comes from Brittany where he fell in love with wine working for a caviste in Rennes. He went on to spend some time working with Marcel Lapierre in Beaujolais where he learnt more than just the basics and fostered the philosophy of winemaking which he would continue.

In 2002 he set up in Touraine working with Hervé Villemade to start a negociant project buying grapes from farmers in the local area. Olivier fully took the reins a few years later. He still buys grapes though the core of his domaine is 9 hectares of vines that he now owns.
