PRODUCER PROFILE
Tim is an English winemaker who has been making Pet Nat in Australia for going on 10 years now. We've had his English Pet Nat - Lost in a Field, and now we have his Aussie stuff! He started his own project in 2014 with the Astro Bunny and Heavy Pétting labels, and was very much a pioneer of the pétillant naturel style in Australia. He works in the Riverland with Mediterranean varietals which suit the hot dry climate there.
