PRODUCER PROFILE
This family-owned winery is located in the Kamptal Valley region of Austria. Winemaker Matthias Warning spent time with Testalonga's Craig Hawkins in Swartland in 2010 at the Lammershoek winery, where he was inspired by the conversion to organic viticulture. His 10ha estate is made up of mainly old and well adapted vines of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Zweigelt. All wines are fermented spontaneously, unfiltered and minimal sulphur is added to them prior to bottling.
