Other Wines work with winemakers in Uruguay, the wine is unfiltered and there are wildflower meadows planted between vineyard plots encourage biodiversity. The wines are fermented using native yeasts and a herd of sheep owned by the winery recycles the vineyard's natural pastures, increasing soil health
The winery is built into a hill, using gravity to eliminate the need for pumps and taking advantage of natural light. When energy is required, 97% comes from renewable sources.
