PRODUCER PROFILE

Their ambition is to make great wines with over a hundred grape varieties. without using oenological inputs and by limiting the addition of external products. Their viticultural practices are very demanding, and follow the specifications of Cosmo Culture. They have banned all adjuvants and additives from their winemaking, with the exception of SO2 with a maximum dose of 20mg/L on their wine-growing estate.
