PRODUCER PROFILE

Adam started Saddle Goose via working for Woodfine Wines and using their cellar. He is making English wine using techniques not usually used in the English wine scene, with incredible results. In 2024 he moved to his own winery in Frome. All his wines are made organically and as naturally as possible.
