PRODUCER PROFILE

Nicolas and his wife Karine farm 25 hectares of vines in Corbières, not far from the Mediterranean sea in the South of France. The estate previously sold off their grapes to local negociants, but when Nicolas and Karine took over his family Domaine in 2000, they beginning a painstaking conversion to organic and biodynamic viticulture, aiming to make the kind of wines they enjoyed drinking themselves.
