PRODUCER PROFILE

Jérôme has been making wine with his wife Stéphanie on their 12 hectare plot in the Valee d’Ibie since 2006. In the Roman era the area was extremely important for winemaking and it is easy to see why with its cool nights. Jérôme’s vines are old and have never been treated with chemical pesticides or fertilisers.
