PRODUCER PROFILE

Padró family, based in the town of Santes Creus in the Alt Camp region of Catalonia, of the five generations that have worked their vineyards, none produced wine between 1920 and 2018. They solely sold their grapes. However, since Xavi and Andreu Padró took the helm, they not only decided to practice 100% organic agriculture but also dared to experiment with their own natural wines. A bold venture that, under the name LaRural, is garnering a reputation in the circuits of natural viticulture.
