PRODUCER PROFILE
Jack Arundell and his partner Eilidh Izat are Linn Cider. Linn Cider was set up in 2021, after Jack's first year of making cider in 2020 with my friend Christian. They did that in the first year of the pandemic as a project and way to actually get outside. It quickly became something really enjoyable and successful, something that they wanted to continue doing. After that project came to a close, Eilidh and Jack set up Linn, which they see as a long-term project of which they're just at the beginning of right now.
They make use of old sherry and whiskey barrels to age their ciders, from local distilleries.
