PRODUCER PROFILE

George Price, a fourth-generation fruit grower in Somerset, who farms 1.2 hectares of vines alongside his wife, Ellen. 

They are no till, spray no herbicide or insecticide, and have sheep grazing through the vines over winter, before they green mulch extensively in spring, building up organic matter to improve soil health.
