PRODUCER PROFILE

Piwi Kollektiv support growers based in the mountainous Black Forest region of South-West Germany to convert their vineyards into more sustainable and environmentally friendly endeavours. By introducing fungus-resistant varieties the vineyards are able to eliminate the use of pesticides and promote biodiversity in the vineyards

The grapes are then pooled in the traditional co-operative spirit and processed with little intervention to create this incredible sparkling.
