PRODUCER PROFILE

Dido and Jurriaan travelled from vineyard to vineyard makng wine all over the world, finally setting down roots in the region of Alt-Empordà in Spain, where they found 9,5 hectares of planted vineyards in the natural reserve of Albera. They farm organically, implementing biodynamic principles as well, to make natural wine without added sulphites. This is a blend of different fermentations, ranging from carbonic maceration to whole bunch, barrel aging and steel.
